Kelly Ramirez, President: Kelly has owned the company for almost 30 years and serves as an Executive Director. Kelly’s expertise includes assisting boards in strategic planning, public relations, government affairs, and much more.Even though we work with associations in different industries, Kelly takes the time to research and understand what’s happening in each one. Our clients have mentioned that he’s not just their Executive Director, but that he has become an integral part of their respective industries.
Andrea Messina, Vice President: Andrea is the Vice President and serves in membership, marketing, and fundraising capacities. She is
involved in all facets of membership including sales, implementing benefit programs, retention, and
promotions. Andrea has also taken on the branding efforts of our clients. She designs membership and event collateral, blast emails, newsletters, and all other in-house publications. Andrea collaborates with boards and committees to create marketing plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Dawn Craig, Project Coordinator: Dawn Craig is GCI's Project Coordinator. She oversees each project and event from site selection and contract negotiation to registration and everything in between. Dawn's eight years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a variety of fields has taught her the importance of advanced planning, clear communication, and attention to detail. Her other responsibilities include timeline development and maintenance, education tracking, and working with committee chairs to ensure member and board satisfaction at all levels of interface.
